Day 1

  • 7:30 AM (approximately) Las Vegas courtesy pick-up
  • Refreshment stop
  • Travel across the newly built Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge
  • Lunch at the home of the historic Grand Canyon Railway or the famous Rodeo Restaurant Buffet and Sports Bar in Williams, Arizona on Route 66
  • National Park entrance fee and rim tour—Mather Point, Visitor's Center, Yavapai Point, Bright Angel Lodge
  • 4:00 PM (approximately) Check-in at Yavapai lodging accommodations (For other lodges inside and outside the park, please call our toll free number for rates.)
  • Free Time (Suggestions - Helicopter Flight (11:00 a.m. flight only), Airplane Flight, Jeep Safari Tour or a Bike Excursion

Day 2

  • Free Time until 3:30 PM
  • IMAX Movie included
  • 4:30 PM Meet coach at Bright Angel Lodge
  • Depart for return to Las Vegas
  • 9:30 PM (approximately) Arrive in Las Vegas

Join us on this exclusive trip! Spend the night in a historic lodge located on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Have enough time for a rigorous hike or a romantic moonlit walk along the rim of the Grand Canyon. Dine at the El Tovar, add a stunning helicopter flight, or kick back in one of the lodges by the fireplace and listen to stories provided by a park ranger. Discover what the Grand Canyon is all about and have time to walk the nature trails, view the Native American artistry, or visit the Grand Canyon Village.

Something to do at Night? We have the perfect solution with tickets to the IMAX The Story Behind the Canyon. This 34 minute movie operates on the half hour every hour. During the summer take the park shuttles to the IMAX Theater in Tusayan and in the winter taxis are available. Our overnight trip allows you time to take in the canyon sights as well as time to see the IMAX movie. Summer hours: March 1 - October 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Winter hours: November 1 - February 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

We strongly urge you not to book travel arrangements from Las Vegas to your home destination on the day you return from the Grand Canyon. We cannot be responsible for common or uncommon travel delays in our arrival time back to Las Vegas. Please also remember to bring comfortable shoes and clothing. The weather can change very suddenly.

OVERNIGHT LODGING CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $35 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations from the time of booking to five days prior to the check-in date. All cancellations inside of four days of the check-in date will be charged for all the room nights that were reserved for you. A no show will be charged for ALL the nights reserved - no refunds. Those departing early will not be refunded for any unused nights.

CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking or upon tour confirmation.
If confirmation is not immediate, an authorization is made with your card, then charged at the time of tour confirmation.
Charges may apply, if you change or cancel your booking.
Cancellations outside 48 hours prior to pick-up time will result in a $35 per person processing fee.
Deposits are non-refundable at any time on all tours except the bus and VIP tours.
For cancellations within 48 hours from pick-up, there will be no refund.
No-shows will be responsible for the entire cost of the tour.
